Our Services

Established in 1974, Nouis Home Care homes encompass a wide variety of supported living options. We are a licensed Assisted-Living facility, a licensed Board & Lodge plus we have independent living spaces available. We're located near downtown Little Falls, Minnesota. The home environment that is provided is perfect for the person who is mostly independent and does not require skilled nursing care. Our rates and the services that are provided are competitive.

Accommodations

Private and semi-private rooms are available with rates varying depending on the services and amenities required by each resident.

Medical Monitoring

Medication monitoring and assistance is provided by a Registered Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistants who are on staff.

Transportation

Transportation is provided to and from doctor and dental appointments within a 35 mile radius of Little Falls, Minnesota.

Dining

Three nutritious meals and a variety of snacks are served each day. Dietary needs are accommodated for all residents.
