Medication monitoring and assistance is provided by a Registered Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistants who are on staff. We can assist with blood glucose checks, blood pressure monitoring, weight monitoring, wound dressing, edema identification and monitoring. We’ll also relay primary care and mental health concerns to your providers so you don’t have to.
